Can you integrate with Yardi, MRI, Reapit, Qube, or our specific PMS?

Yes for most of them. Power Automate has connectors for Yardi and MRI. For Reapit, Qube, and the smaller PMS platforms we use API integration via Azure Functions where the PMS supports it, or we use SharePoint as a staging layer where direct integration is not available.

What are the options for a tenant portal?

Three patterns. Power Pages portals built on Dataverse give the best user experience and the deepest integration. SharePoint extranet sites work for simpler tenant communication. Microsoft 365 guest access works for a small number of high-value tenants but does not scale to a large residential population.

How does contractor onboarding work at scale?

A Power Pages portal where the contractor uploads their insurance certificates, professional registrations, and other compliance documents. Power Automate handles validation (expiry dates, document types, approval routing). The contractor sees the status of their onboarding; the property manager sees the contractor's status before booking work.

We are an estate agent. Is this the right page for us?

Partly. The contractor compliance, mobile inspection, and PMS surround content all applies. The AML compliance work is more relevant to you than to a property manager. We are happy to scope an estate-agency-specific engagement separately.

How does Copilot help with property listings or tenant communications?

For estate agency, Copilot helps with listing drafting. For property management, Copilot helps with tenant communications drafting. For both, Copilot needs the same governance work as in other sectors: sensitivity labels for confidential lease information, retention discipline, training on what Copilot can and cannot be used for.
