01Origins

How Cloudbliss began.

A senior delivery practice that grew, deliberately, into a company — without losing the standard it started with.

2021

Cloudbliss started in 2021 as a side practice. Adam was at Leidos, leading on the technology behind a £500m air traffic control modernisation programme for UK NATS. The same patterns kept showing up in friends-and-family Microsoft projects: a sprawl of tools, inconsistent security, environments held together by workarounds, and senior consultancies who would not touch the work because it was too small. Adam started taking the work on himself and applying the same rigour he brought to mission-critical defence systems.

2022

In 2022, Adam brought in Constantinos. Constantinos had been at Defence Equipment and Support inside the UK Ministry of Defence and was running senior Power Platform delivery at Flyte for global clients. The two of them ran what looked like a freelance practice but increasingly resembled a small consultancy with a clear opinion about how Microsoft delivery should work.

2025

In 2025 Jean-Luc joined as co-founder and CEO. He registered the limited company, gave the practice a commercial spine, and brought in Krutarth as CFO to handle the financial discipline that scaling a services business requires. The four of us turned a senior delivery practice into a company. The thesis was unchanged: do enterprise-grade Microsoft work for firms that are too small to interest enterprise consultancies and too serious to put up with generalist MSPs.

What we are here to do

Make Microsoft useful, governable, and commercially sensible for mid-market firms. Turn the platform our clients already pay for into a more secure, more productive way of operating.

Be the senior specialist team a sensible IT director would have hired directly, if the talent market made that easy. It does not — so we built ourselves into a company that does the same job for ten or twenty or fifty firms at once.

CEO & Co-founder

Leads commercial strategy, client partnerships, and delivery governance.

MBA, PMP

Jean-Luc carries an MBA and PMP and has built a career across international diplomacy and global business. Before co-founding Cloudbliss, he worked in high-pressure environments where strategic clarity and stakeholder alignment were the difference between programmes that worked and programmes that did not. He brings that discipline to making sure every Cloudbliss engagement is led with a clear commercial outcome, not just a deliverable.

Leads technical delivery and Power Platform architecture.

Power Platform, Solution architecture

Constantinos started his career inside Defence Equipment and Support at the UK Ministry of Defence, where he first ran into the Power Platform and saw what it could do at scale. He moved to Flyte as Senior Developer, delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions for clients globally and helping standardise the development practices behind complex enterprise builds. At Cloudbliss he leads solution architecture and the build practice. His focus is elegant, secure systems on the Microsoft stack that teams actually want to use.

Leads infrastructure, security, and operations.

Azure, Security, M365

Adam spent seven years at Lockheed Martin and Leidos, including a leading role on the technology behind a £500m safety-critical air traffic control modernisation programme for UK NATS. Working in environments where systems must perform without fail shaped how he approaches every Cloudbliss deployment. His remit covers M365 migrations, Azure architecture, Teams telephony, Intune, tenant hardening, Purview, Defender, Sentinel, and secure Copilot enablement. His standard is the one he brought from defence: rigorous, secure, no exceptions.

Krutarth Shah

Krutarth Shah

CFO
in

Leads financial strategy, commercial governance, and compliance.

MBA, Finance

Krutarth's career began in audit and moved through management accounting and international advisory work, where he structured accounting and tax strategies for private clients. After his MBA, the pattern he noticed across firms was clear: the ones performing best were using technology intelligently while the others were losing time and margin to disconnected systems. That insight drew him to Cloudbliss. His job is to make sure the business is structured for sustainable growth and that every client engagement is backed by sound commercial discipline.

03Operating principles

How we run engagements.

A few principles that shape how we deliver. None of them is unusual on its own. The combination is what makes the difference.

Founder-led

Founders stay close to architecture, scope, and outcomes. The first call is with one of us, and the senior thinking on your engagement is from us. We extend the delivery bench when the work needs it, but accountability does not get diluted.

Fixed scope, fixed price

We do not bill by the hour. Every engagement is scoped around a defined outcome, a defined timeline, and a defined price. If we underestimate, that is our cost, not yours.

Built to be supported

Anything we deploy can be picked up and run by the next team that touches it. Documentation, standards, sensible architecture, no hidden cleverness. If a client walks away tomorrow, what we built stays useful.

Honest about fit

If the work is wrong for us, we say so. If the budget is wrong for the scope, we say so. If the timeline is impossible, we say so. The free consultation is genuinely free; we will not take on engagements we cannot land well.

Microsoft-native

We do not propose third-party tools when Microsoft is in the licence already. Most clients pay for capability they are not using. Our default is to make the existing investment work harder before adding to it.

Continuously improving

The Microsoft stack moves fast. So do we. R&D time is built into how we operate; you get the benefit of techniques and patterns we developed last week, not last year.

04Trajectory

How we got here.

2021

A side practice begins

While leading the technology behind a £500m air traffic control modernisation programme at Leidos, Adam starts taking on Microsoft infrastructure work that senior consultancies would not touch — applying defence-grade rigour to mid-market projects.

2022

Constantinos joins the practice

Adam brings in Constantinos, then running senior Power Platform delivery at Flyte after the UK Ministry of Defence. What looked like a freelance practice starts to resemble a consultancy with a clear opinion on Microsoft delivery.

2025

Cloudbliss Ltd is incorporated

Jean-Luc joins as co-founder and CEO and registers the company; Krutarth joins as CFO. A senior delivery practice becomes a company — with the same thesis: enterprise-grade Microsoft work for firms too small for the big consultancies.

2026

Cloudbliss goes public-facing

Now

The team takes the practice to market — a clear service catalogue, transparent commercials, and partner certifications underway. The standard set in 2021 stays the standard.

07Inside Cloudbliss

How Cloudbliss runs internally.

A distributed team across the UK and Europe, hired for technical depth and the ability to explain it plainly.

We work distributed by default. Everyone we hire clears two bars: real technical command of the Microsoft stack, and the ability to explain it to a non-technical board without condescension. That combination is rare — so we protect the conditions that keep it.

Distributed by default

The right specialist for the work, wherever they are — across the UK and Europe.

Deep work is defended

Focus time is protected. Good Microsoft architecture is not designed in a meeting.

Decisions are written down

If it matters, it is documented — so the next person can pick it up and run.

One standard, every seat

Founder or senior engineer, the bar on a client call is the same.
