Our Story

Transform. Automate. Grow.

Cloudbliss began in 2021, when Adam started taking on Microsoft infrastructure work on the side - applying the same rigour he brought to mission-critical defence systems to businesses that had been let down by sprawling, disconnected tools. He brought in Constantinos, a Power Platform specialist, to build alongside him. What started as two engineers quietly delivering enterprise-grade work for mid-market clients quickly outgrew its freelance roots. In 2025, Constantinos introduced Jean-Luc - and the thesis became a company. Jean-Luc established the Ltd, led marketing, and gave the business a commercial spine to match its technical depth. Krutarth joined soon after as CFO, bringing the financial rigour to scale it properly.Today, Cloudbliss is built by experts from defence, infrastructure, finance, and enterprise delivery. We help ambitious organisations simplify operations, strengthen security, and unlock productivity through the Microsoft ecosystem they already own.We believe technology should feel seamless - not fragmented. That's why we design secure, intelligent solutions that reduce complexity, eliminate inefficiency, and help businesses scale with confidence.

Jean-Luc Louise

CEO & Co-founder

Jean-Luc Louise

CEO & Co-founder

Jean-Luc leads Cloudbliss's commercial strategy, client partnerships and delivery governance. With an MBA, PMP, and a career across diplomacy and global business, he ensures every engagement is strategically led, commercially sound, and built to deliver measurable outcomes — not just deliverables.

Before co-founding Cloudbliss, Jean-Luc built a career at the intersection of international diplomacy, global business, and policy. Having worked in high-pressure environments where strategic clarity and stakeholder alignment were critical, he brings that same discipline to helping businesses modernise the way they operate.

Cloudbliss was born from a simple observation: too many mid-market businesses were losing time, money, and control because of fragmented systems, disconnected SaaS tools, and inefficient processes. Jean-Luc saw an opportunity to help organisations unlock the full value of the Microsoft ecosystem they already had.

With an MBA and PMP, Jean-Luc leads Cloudbliss’ commercial strategy, client partnerships, and delivery governance. His role is to ensure every solution is aligned to business outcomes — reducing software bloat, improving operational visibility, and driving measurable impact.

While the engineering team delivers secure automation and intelligent platforms, Jean-Luc ensures every engagement is strategically led, commercially sound, and built for long-term growth.

Constantinos Gaitanos

CTO & Co-founder

Constantinos Gaitanos

CTO & Co-founder

Constantinos leads Cloudbliss's technical delivery and Power Platform architecture. He started at Defence Equipment & Support in the UK MoD before moving to Senior Developer at Flyte, where he delivered enterprise Power Platform solutions globally. His focus: building elegant, secure systems on the Microsoft stack — solutions teams actually want to use.

Constantinos began his career in programme delivery at Defence Equipment & Support within the UK Ministry of Defence, where he first discovered the transformative potential of Microsoft Power Platform.

That experience led to a Senior Developer role at Flyte, where he delivered end-to-end Power Platform solutions for clients globally and helped standardise the development practices behind complex enterprise deployments.

As Cloudbliss’ CTO, Constantinos leads solution architecture and technical delivery. He specialises in building secure, scalable Microsoft-native systems that replace fragmented tools and legacy workflows.

His focus includes:

  • Complex Dataverse architectures that centralise business-critical data
  • Power Apps that replace outdated manual systems
  • Power Automate workflows that remove operational bottlenecks
  • Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time insight
  • Azure AI and Copilot Studio solutions that enhance workforce productivity

Constantinos co-founded Cloudbliss because he saw too many organisations trapped in expensive, disconnected software ecosystems. His mission is simple: build elegant, intelligent systems on platforms clients already own — solutions their teams actually want to use.

Adam leads Cloudbliss's infrastructure, security and operations. He spent seven years at Lockheed Martin and Leidos, including a leading role on a £500m air traffic control modernisation programme for UK NATS. His standard: every Cloudbliss deployment is delivered to the rigour expected of mission-critical systems.

Adam brings over a decade of experience delivering high-stakes Microsoft infrastructure and engineering programmes across some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Before Cloudbliss, he spent seven years at Lockheed Martin and Leidos, where he played a leading role in the technology behind a £500 million safety-critical air traffic control modernisation programme for the UK’s National Air Traffic Services.

Working in environments where systems must perform without fail shaped Adam’s approach to technology: rigorous, secure, and uncompromising.

At Cloudbliss, Adam leads operations, infrastructure, and security delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem. His remit spans:

  • Microsoft 365 migrations andoptimisation
  • Azure cloud architecture
  • Teams Telephony
  • Endpoint and device managementthrough Intune
  • Tenant hardening and securityposture reviews
  • Purview, Defender, and Sentinelimplementation
  • Secure Copilot enablement

Adam co-founded Cloudbliss after seeing the same problem repeated across businesses of all sizes: bloated toolsets, inconsistent security, and environments held together by workarounds.

His role is to ensure every Cloudbliss deployment is secure, resilient, and delivered to the same standard expected in mission-critical system

Krutarth Shah

CFO

Krutarth Shah

CFO

Krutarth leads Cloudbliss's financial strategy, commercial governance and compliance. With a career spanning audit, management accounting, international advisory and an MBA, he ensures the business is structured for sustainable growth — and that every client engagement is backed by sound commercial discipline.

Krutarth’s career began in audit, where he developed a sharp understanding of financial risk, operational efficiency, and the story behind the numbers.

That foundation led him into management accounting, where he moved from analysing business performance to helping shape it. After completing his MBA, he transitioned into international advisory, structuring accounting and tax strategies for private clients.

Through that experience, one pattern became clear: the businesses performing best were those using technology intelligently, while others were losing time and margin trying to manage disconnected systems manually.

That insight is what drew Krutarth to Cloudbliss.

As CFO, he leads Cloudbliss’ financial strategy, commercial governance, and compliance framework. His role is to ensure the business is structured for sustainable growth, while giving clients confidence that every solution is backed by sound commercial discipline.

By combining financial rigour with operational insight, Krutarth helps Cloudbliss deliver solutions that not only improve workflows, but also create measurable business value.
