Cloudbliss built a tablet-optimised Power Apps PMO platform for PrimusVT, replacing disconnected project SharePoint sites with one centralised project management hub. The application manages project details, milestones, tasks, governance, financials, spend planning, monthly reporting, issues, events, and announcements. The solution gives leadership portfolio-level visibility across around 50 projects per year while giving project teams a consistent structure for managing delivery.

Cloudbliss rebuilt Joint Operations’ finance and sales reporting environment into a professional Power BI suite connected to SQL data from Cin7. The solution replaced fragile Excel-based reporting and a citizen-developed Power BI model with an automated, secure, scalable reporting platform. The suite includes 11 report pages, row-level security, automated refreshes, and a Power Apps and SharePoint admin layer that allows finance to manage targets, permissions, and matrix data without developer support.

Cloudbliss built a centralised event asset management system for Joint Operations’ marketing department, replacing a paper-based process with a Power Apps solution for asset tracking, event bookings, barcode-scanned dispatch, returns, condition checks, and audit trails. The system gives the team full visibility of asset location, condition, availability, usage, damage, and loss — while preventing double-bookings and improving event turnaround.

Cloudbliss built a Power Apps Canvas application for Chenot that transforms raw gene analysis machine exports into AI-assisted health interpretation reports. The application combines lab data, proprietary prompting, client context, medication considerations, configurable thresholds, and a knowledge base to generate outputs doctors can use to advise patients faster. The solution reduced analysis time from up to 2 days per case to around 10 minutes, removing a major clinical operations bottleneck.

Cloudbliss migrated a critical analytics model from Excel into Microsoft Fabric, replacing manual spreadsheet processes with automated data pipelines, governed Power BI dashboards, and an AI-ready data platform. The project eliminated manual data entry, improved reporting quality, and enabled public-facing interactive analytics.

Cloudbliss delivered a full AI Readiness Programme for an 800-user professional services firm preparing for Microsoft Copilot. The project used Microsoft Purview, Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Sentinel to fix data governance gaps, classify more than 200,000 documents, and increase Microsoft Secure Score from 34% to 78%.
