Microsoft 365 for

manufacturers, shopfloor to ERP.

We bring the shopfloor into the Microsoft estate. Mobile Power Apps that work on a factory floor. OEE and maintenance dashboards that show real-time productivity. Quality and non-conformance workflows that capture the data your auditors ask for. All sitting around the ERP you already run, not trying to replace it.

The work we do

What we build for

UK manufacturers.

Manufacturing has specific patterns the Microsoft platform handles well, especially around the gap between the shopfloor and the business systems. We do not replace your ERP. We make it more valuable.

Mobile Power Apps for shopfloor and maintenance

Tablet or phone-based apps that production staff actually use during the working day. Maintenance check-ins, planned preventive maintenance, breakdown reporting, shopfloor data capture, quality checks, batch records. Mobile-first and offline-capable.

Integrated dashboards from ERP and shopfloor

Power BI dashboards that combine ERP data (production orders, inventory, financial performance) with shopfloor data (productivity, downtime, quality). OEE by line, by shift, by product.

Supply chain visibility

Connecting procurement systems, inbound logistics, and the production schedule into a coherent view. Where is the steel? What is the inbound delay doing to the schedule? Which orders are at risk this week?

Quality and non-conformance workflows

Digital workflows for non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), audit findings, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues. The audit trail your ISO 9001 auditor expects.

Asset and OEE dashboards in Power BI

Plant-level OEE, downtime causes, MTBF / MTTR, and the rolling metrics ops leaders monitor — refreshed from MES and CMMS data each shift.

Compliance considerations

The standards and regulators that

shape this work.

1

ISO 9001 (quality)

Document control, NCR, CAPA, audit trail — designed in to the SharePoint and Power Platform builds.

2

ISO 14001 (environmental)

Environmental incident capture, register of legal requirements, and evidence for surveillance audits.

3

ISO 45001 (health & safety)

Incident reporting, risk assessment workflows, RIDDOR-ready records.

4

Sector-specific frames

BRCGS for food safety, ATEX for explosive atmospheres, MHRA and EU GMP for pharma, IATF 16949 for automotive, Defence Standards for defence supply chain.

We were paying £42k a year for a SaaS that did 30% of what we needed. Cloudbliss replaced it with a Power App in six weeks for one year's licence fee.

FAQ

Things sector leaders

actually ask.

Do you integrate with SAP, Dynamics, Sage, or Infor?

Yes, all of them. Power Automate has direct connectors for the major ERPs. For the more bespoke integrations we use custom connectors via Azure Functions. We have built integrations to SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Sage X3, Sage 200, and Infor LN.

Will the mobile apps work in a factory environment without good Wi-Fi?

Yes. Power Apps supports offline mode for the patterns we build (data capture, quality checks, maintenance logging). Data syncs when the device next sees the network. We test offline scenarios as part of every build.

We have an existing CMMS (Maximo, IFS, Fiix, UpKeep). Does Cloudbliss replace it?

Almost never. The big CMMS systems do the core CMMS work well. We build around them: the mobile shopfloor interface that the technician actually uses, the dashboards that show maintenance performance, the integrations that move data between the CMMS and the rest of your Microsoft estate.

How does this work with our quality system?

Most manufacturers run quality processes inside their ERP or inside a dedicated QMS (TrackWise, Veeva Vault, MasterControl, Greenlight Guru). The Cloudbliss work tends to be the shopfloor capture feeding into your QMS, and the executive dashboards reading from it. We integrate rather than replace.

Can you handle IoT data from production line sensors?

Yes, with Azure. For mid-market manufacturers with a handful of connected machines, Azure IoT Hub ingests the telemetry and Power BI presents the dashboards. For larger or more complex IoT deployments, we work alongside an Azure-specialist partner.
