Cookie Policy
How Cloudbliss uses cookies on cloudbliss.co.uk
Version 1.0 · Effective: 05/06/2026 · Last reviewed: 05/06/2026
This Cookie Policy (also referred to as our “Cookies Notice”) explains how Cloudbliss Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on cloudbliss.co.uk (the “Website”), why we use them, and how you can control them.
It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we handle your personal data more generally and incorporates this Notice by reference.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to give the site owner useful information.
- First-party cookies are set by us.
- Third-party cookies are set by another organisation whose services appear on our Website (for example, our meeting-booking tool).
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. Where we say “cookies” in this Notice, we mean all of these.
How we use cookies
We use cookies to:
- make the Website work and keep it secure;
- remember your cookie consent preferences;
- enable features such as meeting booking and (where enabled) our chat assistant;
- understand how visitors use the Website, through analytics, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.
Your consent and legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interests and our obligation under regulation 6 of PECR to provide the service you have requested, so they do not require your consent.
All other cookies — functional and analytics — are set only with your consent, which you give through the cookie banner (powered by CookieYes) shown when you first visit the Website.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Manage cookie preferences” button below (or the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer, if present), which reopens the banner. Withdrawing consent will not delete cookies already stored, but you can clear those through your browser (see How to manage or delete cookies below).
The cookies we use
The exact cookie names and durations should be confirmed against our CookieYes dashboard scan, which lists precisely what the Website sets.
Strictly necessary
Required for the Website to work; cannot be switched off.
- cookieyes-consent — CookieYes (first-party). Stores your cookie consent choices so we don’t ask on every page. Duration: 1 year.
- cf_clearance / __cf_bm (only where Cloudflare Turnstile protects a form) — Cloudflare. Protects forms from spam and abuse. Duration: session to 30 minutes.
Our Website is hosted on Webflow, which does not set cookies on our Website by default.
Functional — set only with your consent
- Calendly cookies (Contact page only) — Calendly. Loads and remembers state for the meeting-booking widget. Duration: session / varies.
- Chat session storage (only when our chat assistant is enabled) — Cloudbliss. Remembers your chat session. Duration: local storage / session.
Our pricing Estimator may use your browser’s local storage to remember the figures you enter. This stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.
Analytics / performance — set only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Website is used.
- _ga — Google Analytics (Google). Distinguishes unique visitors. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_0J1P3T9WFP — Google Analytics. Maintains session state (suffix derived from your GA4 Measurement ID, G-0J1P3T9WFP). Duration: 2 years.
- _gid / _gat (may also be set, depending on configuration) — Google Analytics. Distinguishes visitors / limits request rate. Duration: 24 hours / 1 minute.
Marketing / advertising
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services on our Website. We do not control these — please review each provider’s own policy:
- CookieYes — manages your cookie consent — cookieyes.com/privacy-policy
- Google Analytics — website analytics — policies.google.com/privacy
- Calendly — meeting booking on our Contact page — calendly.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (where Turnstile protects a form) — spam/abuse protection — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Webflow — our website hosting platform — webflow.com/legal/privacy
How to manage or delete cookies
Beyond our banner, you can control cookies through your browser settings — including blocking or deleting them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website working.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version and date at the top show when it was last revised. Please check back periodically.
