Why this exists

Why a focused workshop pays back inside a fortnight.

Most teams use a tenth of M365. Power users in Outlook, Teams, and Word save four to six hours a week through features other team members do not know exist. A focused workshop closes that gap fast and cheaply — no consultants needed, no platform changes, no licence top-ups.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is the maximum cohort size?

Forty attendees in-person, twenty for the most interactive remote format. Above forty the workshop becomes a presentation rather than a conversation. For larger firms we run multiple cohorts back to back.

Can we record it ourselves and share internally afterwards?

Yes. The recording is yours. You can share it across the whole firm, keep it on your intranet, or use it for future inductions. We do not restrict the reuse.

What does follow-up support look like?

A dedicated Teams channel for thirty days where attendees can ask questions. We respond within one working day. At day 30 we send a one-page summary of the most-asked questions and close the channel.

What if our team includes both power users and people new to M365?

Common situation. We structure the workshop so the new users get the foundations and the power users get the lesser-known features they probably do not yet use. The pre-workshop call helps us calibrate.

Can you customise the workshop for our sector?

Yes. We can weight the content toward sector-specific features (legal, construction, financial services, healthcare). Customisation pushes the price toward the upper end of the band.
