Four ways to buy Cloudbliss work. Subscriptions for ongoing support. Platform Care for data and Power Platform engineering. Accelerators for fixed-scope packaged work. Custom projects for everything else. Every commercial is signed off in writing before any work starts.
Most people work out their own answer from these four. If you are between two, the estimator below and a 30-minute call settle it quickly.
You have an ongoing Microsoft estate that needs running and supporting.
Best for firms with no internal Microsoft specialist who want a fractional team on retainer.
Your IT is handled, but your data and Power Platform estate needs specialist engineering.
Best for firms whose reporting, apps and automations need support, fixes and new build on retainer.
You have a clear, defined outcome you want delivered fast.
Best for one-off, productised work like a Copilot rollout or a SharePoint intranet.
Your work does not fit a packaged scope.
Best for transformations, regulated environments, multi-product builds, anything bespoke.
Move the controls and watch the number update. This gives you a realistic budget anchor in seconds; the exact figure is confirmed on a free discovery call.
Three tiers, structured for clarity, with named SLAs and named lead engineers at the top tier. Move between tiers at any quarter end.
10 to 50 users, reliable support and baseline governance.
50 to 200 users, support plus small enhancements.
200+ users, dedicated engineering capacity.
Managed Service is for organisations who want Cloudbliss running their IT — helpdesk, security, licences, governance.
Priced per user, per month.Platform Care is for organisations whose IT is already handled, but whose data and Power Platform estate needs specialist engineering.
Priced on engineering hours, not headcount.Plenty of our Platform Care clients have another provider looking after their IT, and that works well — we stay in our lane and get on with theirs.
Your reporting is only as good as the person maintaining it. Platform Care is a monthly pool of engineering hours for the Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate work that keeps a business running — support, fixes, enhancements and new build, from the team that builds it.
Unused hours roll forward for three months. Ad-hoc and project work outside an agreement is charged at £95/hour.

Not sure which?
Most clients start at Platform Care 40. Above roughly 56 hours a month, Platform Care 60 becomes the cheaper option and we will tell you when you get there.
Fixed scope, fixed-price bands. The final number is confirmed in the kickoff call; the band reflects realistic variation by tenant size and complexity.
We use a tiered model matched to the capability library we maintain internally. The tier is agreed during discovery; the price is agreed during scoping.
Single application, single team, defined outcome.
A Power App to replace a spreadsheet · a Power Automate workflow for one process · a small Power BI dashboard.
Multi-screen Power Apps, integrated workflow, basic Dataverse model.
A department case-management app · a field inspection app · a sales dashboard joining two systems.
Substantial application or platform component, multi-system integrations, real governance.
A firm-wide intranet · a Copilot Studio agent wired to Power Automate · a regulated workflow with controls.
Multi-app programmes, regulated environments, multi-site rollouts.
A full M365 migration and security hardening · a Power Platform centre of excellence · a multi-app sector programme.
Time-and-materials is not a commercial model; it is a way to push risk onto the buyer. We scope, we agree, we deliver. If we underestimate, we eat the difference.
Every accelerator has a published price band. Custom projects have published tier bands. You should never be surprised by the order of magnitude of the quote.
If your scope or budget is wrong for us, we say so on the discovery call. We do not take on engagements we cannot land well. The free consultation is genuinely free.
Because fixed prices are dishonest when the work genuinely varies. A SharePoint intranet for a 60-user firm with one site is different work to one for a 400-user firm with thirteen sites and multilingual content. A band tells you the realistic range; the discovery call confirms the specific number for your environment.
For accelerators and custom projects, fifty percent on signature, 30 percent on User Acceptance Testing and 20 percent on go-live. For managed support, monthly in advance. Invoices on standard 30-day terms. We accept BACS and direct debit; we do not take card payments for B2B engagements above £1,000.
We agree a change in writing before we build it. Small changes (a few hours of work) we absorb. Material changes get a short change-order document with the additional scope and the additional cost. No surprises at invoice time.
Modest discounts for multi-engagement commitments — for example an accelerator plus a twelve-month managed support contract. We do not discount accelerators in isolation; the price is the price.
No. Microsoft licences are separate. We help you optimise them as part of every engagement (it is usually the first or second thing we do), and at the Enterprise managed support tier we handle CSP licence management on your behalf at net cost plus a transparent admin fee.
