What if my environment is unusual — will an accelerator still work?

Every accelerator is configured to your tenant, your branding, your workflows — not deployed as-is. The "accelerator" part is the proven foundation, not a forced template. If the discovery call surfaces something genuinely unusual, we'll tell you up front whether to extend the accelerator or build custom.

What's the price covering — and what's not?

The price covers scoping, configuration, deployment, testing, training and 30 days of support. Microsoft licences (where required) are separate. Major customisations beyond the published scope are quoted separately, before any work starts.

Can I extend the accelerator after deployment?

Yes. Most clients do. Extensions are quoted as small fixed-scope add-ons, or rolled into a Cloudbliss managed support plan if you want ongoing iteration.

Who owns the IP after deployment?

You do. Every accelerator is deployed into your tenant, on your licences, owned by your business. No vendor lock-in. If you walk away from Cloudbliss tomorrow, the accelerator stays yours.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. Fixed-price means fixed-price — if we go over scope due to our own underestimation, that's our cost, not yours. Every accelerator includes 30 days of post-go-live support, so if something needs adjusting after launch, we handle it.
