PMO Project Management App for PrimusVT

Project Details
PrimusVT was managing each project through its own SharePoint site. With around 50 projects per year, this created inconsistency, duplication, manual reporting effort, and no reliable portfolio-level view for leadership.
Each project had its own structure, meaning project data varied depending on who had created the site and how they preferred to manage delivery. Rolling up financials, issues, milestones, and monthly status reports required manual effort.
Cloudbliss built a tablet-optimised Power Apps Canvas application backed by 10 structured SharePoint lists. These lists covered project details, milestones, tasks, monthly reports, issues, financials, spend planning, governance, events, and announcements.
Admins can create and manage projects, while users handle the day-to-day project activity within them. Role-based permissions ensure users only access the areas and records appropriate to their role.
Office 365 Users integration was included for people lookups, and the app was packaged as a managed Power Platform solution for clean deployment and maintainability.
The project was delivered by 1 developer, working directly with PrimusVT’s IT manager.
